This week on Beth and Bill’s Grapevine, we are featuring Corks & Cactus, a spectacular blending of boutique wines, gourmet appetizers, and desert beauty into a sophisticated and entertaining evening held at Desert Botanical Garden on Friday, November 13th from 6-9pm. Joining Beth and Bill in-studio are Kate Sepe, Special Events Manager at Desert Botanical Garden and Mike McGuigan, Division Manager, Southern Wine & Spirits of Arizona.

Guests at Corks and Cactus will sample a variety of wines paired with delectable hors d’oeuvres and desserts catered by Fabulous Food Fine Catering and Events. Visit with representatives from a variety of wineries and purchase a bottle or case (or two), and stock up your wine cellar! All proceeds from wine purchased at the event directly benefit the Desert Botanical Garden.

This year guests will be treated to a preview of the weekend’s Chiles and Chocolate Festival! Guests can sample and purchase everything from gourmet chocolates to zesty salsas all within the setting of the Corks and Cactus Event! Guests will also enjoy music from musical talents Mosaico Flamenco, dulce VAS Quartet and HuneyBrown.

All featured wines at Corks and Cactus are priced at $35 or less. Mix and match 12 or more bottles and receive 10% off the total purchase price! Tickets for this extraordinary evening are $75 per person, $80 for non-members, but on Thursday, starting at 10AM, buy them here for only $40 per person.
